Mr. Qiu,  who is a life-long student of American history and cultures, worked in both the private and public sectors of the American societies and has been concentrating his law practices on business litigation involving shareholders or partnership disputes, franchising  disagreements, corporate managements, financial transactions, breach of contracts and/or lease, and commercial collections. Where appropriate, Mr. Qiu also successfully wiped-out millions of dollars of debts owed by his clients by bankrupting them in the United States Bankrupt Courts. Representing small businesses and entrepreneurs from all over the United States, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other jurisdictions, Mr. Qiu committed a tremendous amount of his energies, dedications,  passions and practices into international business transactions ranging from purchase of stocks and assets, including trademarks and other intellectual properties, to the establishments of all kinds of entities in the U.S. for his international clients and successfully assisted many foreign investors with their immigrations under the EB-5 programs.  Not only has Mr. Qiu made his powerful arguments in superb, eloquent, and impeccable English to a jury or judge in court, but he also conveys his legal issues, principles, and analysis to his clients with logic, accuracy and clarity in both English and Chinese.
