• Litigated and resolved an employment‑contract and trade‑secret dispute involving business operations in China against a U.S. company.

• Handled federal copyright litigation involving food‑container products in Los Angeles.

• Represented clients for business transactions such as purchasing business assets, ownership interests, equipment rentals, commercial leases, and intellectual properties.  

• Assisted clients from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan with a wide range of business agreements, including stock purchase agreements, security agreements, employment contracts, notes, leases, and real‑estate transactions.

• Advised business clients with direct U.S. investments exceeding US$1 million, including matters related to EB‑5 programs under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

• Conducted due‑diligence investigations and evaluations of targeted EB‑5 projects in the United States.

Immigration

• Represented clients in appellate proceedings before the BIA, U.S. district courts, and U.S. appellate courts.

• Prepared and files I‑526 and I‑829 petitions related to EB‑5 investments.

• Prepared, filed and secured employment‑based immigration petitions and benefits (EB‑1 through EB‑5).

• Prepared, filed and secured family‑based immigration petitions and benefits, including adjustment of status.

• Assisted Client with non-immigrant visa petitions and matters including B1/B2, E2, F1/F2, H, J, K1, V and other visas, including I-290 motions or appeals. 

• Representing clients in ICE proceedings or immigration courts relating to asylums, removal proceedings, or deportation defenses.
